My experience at Renault Cardiff was memorable because the sales person Justin was amazing in every way, from the minute we saw him to handing the car over and ringing to see how we was getting on with our new vehicle! Ryan Lima was very helpful throughout the whole process. I had to cancel a few appointments, and he was always very understanding. When I arrived, Ryan was available straight away and more than happy to help. He was very patient, listened carefully to what I was looking for, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble for him. He made the experience of buying a car smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
