The experience at Renault Cardiff was great because salesman very helpful throughout .

I would not recommend Renault Cardiff because the whole experience of buying a used car felt difficult. I had to make several trips to the dealership, I was ready to purchase after my first visit but the sale became confusing and hard as the prices kept changing and information about finance was communicated. After my purchase the team lost the spare key but only communicated this to me 3 weeks after purchasing the car and me chasing them up for it. I would expect everything to be ready to go on the collection day. It doesn’t fill me with confidence knowing that there’s a spare key to my car out there somewhere that anyone could use as Cardiff lost it. I really love my new car and I’m really sad I didn’t feel confident or trusting of the team in Cardiff. Buying a new car should be fun and I was so excited to do it but it just became stressful. Next time I really hope it’s easier.

Renault Cardiff were helpful because Tom Rogers, was excellent and did all we needed including pairing our phones .Such a professional and trustworthy person.

I was pleased with Renault Cardiff and would recommend them because the service I received from Chris was outstanding and the car I’ve purchased is superb. I find buying cars quite daunting but will definitely return to Renault in the future as the overall experience was second to none!

I dropped by as I'd seen a car on a Facebook ad, but unfortunately it has been sold. Chris was so helpful, looking up other cars around my budget and arranging for a vehicle to be brought from Croydon for me to test drive. Not once did I feel pressured to buy, he was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and allayed any fears I had. (It was the first time I'd decided on a car alone for a long, long, time, so was nervous about making the right decision) The whole process was really easy and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I will definitely recommend Renault Cardiff and especially Chris Camilleri to my friends and family.
